Anniversary

Today is November 5, 2011 and it makes a year since I fell at my cousin brothers house. I can't believe it. Sometimes when I'm doing something like doing my dads newsletters the next day my wrist hurts.

INJURY

On Friday the 5th of November, I went to the house of my cousin's brother for a boutique. I went and got some folded chairs from the trunk of the car and was carrying them inside. I didn't make it and I tripped on the bricks that are on his front yard leading up to his front door. I cried then I was on his couch and I told my mom that I didn't feel good so I just past out. Then I went to my uncle's house to rest. Now I have his bruise to prove it.

Rag Time Quilt

This quilt that I made was from a kit. My mom got this kit in Las Vegas. She went to different quilt stores a couple years ago. I'm glad that I got it done so that I have something to keep me warm this winter.
I sewed it 1 inch seams and clipped them every 1/2 inch. I had to take it to the laundry mat to wash it so that the seams would fringe. It was fun to make and it didn't take long to make.

Shoes

These are my new shoes that I got from JCP. They are mens shoes size 7 medium. And they feel comfortable.

Quilt

This quilt was from a kit. I had fun making this quilt. Had to put extra material in the corners. It's like my other one that I made. I finally got it done. I dr patterns for it.

PURSE

This purse was from a pattern that I got it from the craft show at the State Fair grounds the last weekend of January. This pattern is called Dory's Raggy Purse. Or you can go online www.craftsbydory.com. I'm glad that I finally got it done.
